Happy CNY everyone. I had my one week long holidays, not too relaxing but definitely lovely. Lovely as in i got to see all my relatives, cousins, gambling....... ahem. I shouldn't mention the G word, read on newspaper that authority will catch anyone that involve in any G activity (even betting with sweets and oranges).  Kinda ridiculous thou, dont they know is our tradition to have that activity? (hahaaa according to me)

A person(scholar perhaps) once said :" Bet ten times, loose 9 times. (suppose to be in mandarin/cantonese)"
And i believed that scholar, cause luck was not by my side, at all...AT ALL.

Okay i know what you thinking, but CNY is not all money, angpao and eat (most of the time yes ).  For me, is about being around with your love ones, be it your family, friends, dogs, cats or lizards. I enjoyed the moment with them, just sitting there, talking crap, eat together, gambling with monopoly cash (i'm kidding you), eat and eat.  Togetherness!

Guess the consequences of CNY?


1/  Weight gain. Definitely gonna be weight gain.
2/  Fatigue. Imagine all the energy and concentration you used up for entertaining and some other activities... :)


Even how much i hated the pre-cny (long stress story, better not start ), i can't wait for the next CNY. Btw, next year is my year. The year of the raising dragon, rawr (cough out fireball).

Congratulation my dear awesome posum buddy for winning the Best Animated Film award in the 23rd Film Festival Malaysia!!!! Words can't describe how happy and proud i feel for Charuk. I know he worked very hard for this short animation and it shows!

I love the story, simple yet impactful. Can't wait to see what he can do with full length film, and yes you promised me you gonna do it! DO IT BRO! I'm sorry i can't be there, i truly wanna be there and witness this glorious moment with you!

Sous Chef in Command!

I love cooking, it is fun, experimental and adventurous! Why sous chef? Cause i'm used to be the one helping the main chef (my mom or sis) while they were cooking in the kitchen. Now i am going to challenge myself and cook 3 course meals for my sister and cousin. Parents went to Northern part of Malaysia for holidays, lucky them :)

On this lovely Hari Raya evening, two worlds shall meet and fight! meat will be on fire! Sinners will join the dark side! I can these might sound misleading, what i meant is:

Starter: Bacon Wrapped Potatoes Cubes with Sour Cream. ( two worlds, veggie and meat met and tangled together) / Recipe.


Main: Oven Barbecued Chicken with Gravy. ( meat = chicken, fire = bbq so meat will be on fire) / Recipe.

Dessert: Lemon Bars. (Sweet indulgence, entirely sinful.) / Recipe.

I am so amazed at my own justification :D With the help of the recipes from all over the internet, i will alter my way there for tonight feast!

Woot. Me nor my mates won the Apicta award 2010. It got stashed away by Teddy Bear. We din't even get the merit award and it was ICT award, come on. What else can i expect? We did had some nice high tea, i like the 'Otak' fried spring rolls!

We rejoiced our downfall by drinking and crapping at Bangsar. A little desert helped a lot. Need the extra glucose to sweeten up myself and the doctor said:" Stay away from pastry!"

Well. I got beaten i have the right to eat sweets!

I moved back to Kepong! I just moved and packed everything 2 days ago without prior notice to my friends. Kinda suck ey but i always act like this, when i thought of it i will do it. Maybe i was avoiding the farewell, the separation. I can get very emotional when it comes to these kind of things. Especially leaving someone dearly to you.

I'm not a sweet person nor do i know much about caring for others. But thank you all for being there for me and stick with me eventho i am such a bad friend. hehe

Woohoo just finished up all the websites for the Google Stimulus Program! 6am ! What should i do? Hmm watch some comedy drama + update my sad blog.

Late updates! This event happened just right before Chinese New Year. Actually it was my grandmother's aunty's daughter wedding dinner. Someone that related to me from far far away so is my relative then. The day before CNY, accompanied my cousins and sister shopping @ KL.

Okay back to what i said earlier. Anyway, the bride was quite young and she got married. Young as in within the range of 16-17. So basically the guy short gun. Boohoo. Okay i don't think nowadays people get marry that fast at such young age so remember to always have protected sex. :)

Anyway, i'm still sincerely wish the newlyweds live happily and stay strong through their marriage. I think i never spoken with her before...too far far away. Dinner, was like a small gathering between my close relatives and cousins! And Apple, XueMin, my sis and me were there which reminded me that the puripuri photo (kept in my waller forever) we took N years ago! So we relive the history by posing the same pose!

What a night.

Wohoo. Went to KLPAC (Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Center) with my friends to check out my friend's performance. We lost in KL for 1 hour plus. Lucky the show started late. :D The show, it was awesome and mate's band Sforzando was awesome! i loveeee their songs btw. Unique in the local scene.

I think KLPAC looks pretty awesome and i kept saying that:" If here is our campus, damn fucking nice" Myra said:" yea i would go to class everyday" Well, is modern and nice.

Went home, me, myra and von were on cracks. Laughing nonstop at the spontaneous singing and playing around with guitar, reciting poems and just having some of the funniest moments together. I love both of them, fun! Recorded some songs and poems but were for our ears only i guess. Others would never catch the jokes :P

My right eye hurts. I wonder whats wrong. Update again later.

Hey Mr.Postman!

I think i have this fetish - Parcel! Since i am a small girl, i enjoy receiving parcel from Mr.Postman. Especially big, huge parcel! That 3 parcels i received were the online shopping aftermath! Actually there was another poslaju parcel, forgot to take photo with it. And two more on its way to me me me! Damn. I am good in rewarding myself. Well, thats what happen when you hiatus from shopping for too long. The BEAST had released!

But, yes BUT i still need at least a pair of new shoes, short pants and etc. :) Damn. So glad that i am a men in a dress. At least i can still play dress-up rite? Kekeke.

I bought a vintage bag, 2 leggings (one stripped one normal), a skinny jean, a lovely top and a electric blue blazer. Will show it here one day. I might.

Oh, i did a shooting with my mates yesterday for their final year project. Test shooting thou. I was one of the extras and a journalist that got toasted half way through the conference due to bombing. After the shoot, we did Mj's Thriller dance...but we sucked. I wanted to do zombie impersonation only, i ain't know how to groove like the King. We had fun i guess.

I hope the video will pop out somewhere, sometime. It would be nice to look at Charuk's funny dance moves. HAHA.
