My movie muse.

I miss me time, a great movie plus a great weather. Just me, no annoying audiences but i don't mind a film lover. I not talking about blockbuster, that you need wide audiences for big time action movie, boom boom pow. The sound effect blends with the perpetual tactless conversation of the inconsiderate couples (pile up together like two hairy stitch on boobs from the back) that sit beside you, usually repeating what happened on the screen. They look like this:

I know why people stab a person to death, there always a reason behind or just plain simple, to make it stop talking. And yea, i hated the movie 'Up' by Disney.

"Shut up."
"Dear why is that girl so fierce?"
"I don't know, we better not talk now."

Hell yeah i knew why.
Tips for watching movie (genre: 3d animation by disney) at cinema : Avoid lovely couples at all cost. Change your seat if you encounter any. Change your ticket if you can't get any other seats (preferably 2 rows apart). If all else failed, watch the movie at your own risk.


Okay back to my own movie time. I like it on a lovely rainy morning or chilly breezy midnight, which like right now. Planning to watch The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou by Wes Anderson & which mean i'll finish up all Wes Anderson's movies, for now. I think i talked about him before, one of my favorite american film director. His movies are all personal, great story, great visual and always feature interesting characters. I love how his movies gave me feeling nostalgic, a sense of belonging, bitter yet sweet at the same time.

If with the title alone, don't think i'll ever watch this movie. Who the hell is steve zissou anyway but i'm gonna watch it anyway. Just love wes anderson's idiosyncratic style of storytelling in his film.

Few days ago, i had a chat with my beloved. We were on a car, riding through the night. Street lights shone upon your face, such serene. The radio was playing the usual pop music, raping our ears. Valentines Day was around the corner, i announced:

"Vday is coming! I ain't got any date, never celebrate vday with boyfriend..never. Maybe is a curse?"
"No worries, you're still young. You desperate?"
"No, just saying."
"Valentines, i remember years ago my love asked me out for a date, when was it? Like 50, 60 years ago? We went for a movie, i remember the song that girl sang in the movie.."

There she goes, singing with ever perfect voice, soothing voice.

"How was the song? Nice?"
"Yes very nice indeed. "
".... (wiping the corner of her eyes, i guessed she got teary thinking about her lover)"
"Did you sang this song to your lover?"
"No but old song have more feelings and emotions, song nowadays, you don't know what they talking about.. just not intense as the old song."
"I guess so.. (thinking deep) So how did your date ended? Did you give yourself to your lover?"
"NO! Women, we must keep our virginity. Once you loose it, you have no more value you see. I am smart, i dont just give it away like that."
"Oohhh yeah yeaaaaaaaa.."
"But touch touch can."
"Ooohhhh haha yeaaah"

I can't stop laughing at this point.

"You know last time, couples like to "do their business" by the bushes at night?"
"No kidding? Seriously?"
"Yes, if were me i wouldn't do it. I would rather be "thick face" request for hotel, at least i get the comfy bed! I don't want to get bite by some insects!"
"True true."
"He said:" Would you do it?" I told him:" Yea i would if you can afford a hotel room!"
"HAHAHAA.... (at the old days, hotel room rate is not really affordable among young adult)"

"You know by the bush, is quite risky. Your clothes might get stolen by the peeping toms. Some couple got no clothes to wear, they have to walk back home naked."
"Oh my."
"Yeaa, i remember one of my friend, bad luck. Her clothes got stolen and she was so embarrassed and had to walk home naked.. What was her name? Oh her name is ...."
"Erm you don't have to tell me her name.."
"XXXXXXX (continue spelling out her name)"

"You miss your love?"
"Yes, i miss him."

She continued singing throughout the ride, i sat at the passenger seat, listening to her sweet lullaby.

Such a humorous lady. Never failed to make me smile. She is my lovely grandma.

p.s My grandma only love is my grandfather. She said she had a lot of admires ( which i believe, she look absolutely beautiful then, and now) but she just stubbornly in love with my grandfather. She said she was stupid, i said that is real love. :)

Tax.

Growing up is fun, getting income tax is another thing. Today i went to LHDN, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri aka Income Tax for my country at PJ Trade Center. The architecture of that place is very cozy, modern soho kind of place but i dont know why government service kind of thing located there.

I know about tax, when you dine in restaurant, bill arrive with extra charges, the 5% gov tax and 10% service charge. Then now every year i will get tax! I feel like an 'adult' now somehow. But the problem is:

"Here are my details and my documents.."
"Can you fill in the address here too.."
"Ohh i forgot okay.." (so i stand and bend down on the table to write down the address)
"Hey, why don't you sit down (oohh she is nice) the way you write like this look very sexy, not good, you better sit!" (erm....i was wearing tee shirt with cardigan and a long skirt - - i don't get the sexy part)

"Here, done."
"Okay. But why do you want to open an account anyway? Your salary now 'besar' (a lot)?"
"Erm not really, i just gonna start working next monday, my boss asked me to open one account."
"Well if is not a lot you don't really have to, it would just make it more hassle. You have to come declare every year."
"(shit + i hate this hassle face) Ohhhhhhhhh.....i got no choice i guess."


So the problem is tax.

We do our responsible as citizen but do the government really spending our $ well for the country? I don't think so. Well i cant comment anything yet, i am not yet taxed. :D


Adult 101: If you want to open an account for income tax, bring along a set of photocopy IC and letter of offer (company). If your income less than 26k per year, dont even bother about it. Avoid it.

My first wtf post.

40mins ago, i was ecstatic that i found back the guitar pick my friend gave me (all the way from scotland!). After playing with it, i left it on my bed. It was much easier and better to play with (for finger picking). The moment where i wanted to play my guitar again, but i cant find my guitar pick. Wait a minute, it  was there a sec ago and...

VANISHED in thin air.

I swear i put it near my guitar and when i want to grab it, 'poof', gone.

I raid my whole room just to look for that black guitar pick.

Kj  :" Guitar pick is a bitch. They always disappear. Get used to it." 
Me :" But i just found it!!"
Kj   :" Well guitar pick is babi."

When i just found back my guitar pick.  

I was so happy i took a photo with it. 

Damn impossible man, how can it just disappear like that! *ransack my bed again*

In my room.

I'm back from Johor! Exhausted. Drained from the trip but it was a nice trip, i met my relatives and cousins, ate some good foods..It was a nice, slow moving town i guess. My aunty gave me few books to read but i only managed to read one book - is about Christian the lion. Remember? From one of the current youtube sensation.

Surprisingly that documentary video existed since 1971..the 70s. Well from the look of the fashion in the video.. haha. Anyway i only got the read the first part of the book on how they met Christian but my aunty highly recommended this book. She even bought the eng and chinese version. Another book is about whats is like being in hell. hmm.

Now back in my room, alone. Wait not alone, with my laptop. Things-to-do list is adding up and none is cross out yet. Damn. Head is overloading, suddenly Kal msn me about a funny thing.

"Wanna see something funny? And you can do it too!"

"Like what?"

"Go to googlemap and you like to go japan right?"

"Is this gonna be long? I have to shit now!"

"....wth. okok"

10mins later:

"Alright so i google map what?"

"From Perth to Japan, it will teach you how to get to Japan from there :)"

Googlemapping and discovered:

Smart google calculated the route from Perth to Japan..apparently reach till a point where you have to 34. Kayak accross Pacific Ocean for 5,404km. HOW CAN PEOPLE DO THAT! hahaha smart ass.

But is okay, i will just find my way to China and :

Yea! Jet ski accross Pacific Ocean for another 782km then i will reach Japan! Well is better than kayaking for 5 thousand km.

*too bad google can't get the calculation for the route from Malaysia to Japan. I bet i'll have to rocket my way there :)

Can i have your hand?

I got a part time job, accidentally. It was a favour for a friend of mine. The job is easy, pretend to be a patient, simulated patient for few hours and i'll get RM50. Why patient? No is not those doctor nurse patient game, is an actual exam for a bunch of freshly bake students from a medical college/uni. The future doctorsss have to greet us, the simulated patients , measure our radial pulse and blood pressure.

Sounds easy but haha most of them got it wrong! Well is their first year. I don't blame them but whn they asked:

"Can i have your hand?"
"Errr. (you want my hand?)"

"Thank you for your cooperation, hope to see you soon!"
"Errr. (i dont want to see a doctor soon?)"

Funny. hehe and most of their hands were shaky, guess they were nervous but better not shaky in the surgery room. Conclusion: RM50 for 830am to 130pm + non-slp day before that = ultra tired.


Money hard to earn. Should i sell my hand? :)


One more thing, why is the post I need a doc so many viewers? I bet everyone loves doc mart!

Shit. I accidentally deleted my header(while experimenting with some new template) and i can't found back my previous header! sad. btw that sky photo was taken with the lomocamera lca. :( i lost it.

For now, i shall replace my header with an old dilapidated header i dug out from my ext hd. Yes the size is off. Btw, this header is the montage of my first set of lomo photos.. Now i think this have a little bit of Wong Kar Wai style, the look and feel. The yellow, blue, green, red. :D
